What QYDION builds for companies and individuals, and how a project usually runs.

How we work together

  • Fixed-scope projects

We agree on scope, timeline and price in a written proposal, then deliver in short iterations with working versions along the way.

  • Long-term support

For software already in use, we provide maintenance, improvements and integration work on a rolling basis.

  • Consulting

We review architecture, tooling or AI opportunities and hand over concrete, written recommendations.

Common questions

  • How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope. After a short conversation we send a written proposal with a fixed price, so you can decide before anything starts.

  • How long does a project take?

Small projects usually take a few weeks. Larger systems run in iterations, and you see working versions as they take shape.

  • What technologies do you use?

TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python and Cloudflare Workers cover most of our work. We choose tools to fit the project, not the other way round.

  • How do we get started?

Use the contact form or chat with us. We reply by email.

  • Who owns the code and the things you build?

You do. Everything written for your project — source code, configuration and documentation — is handed over in full, and ownership is stated in the proposal before work starts.

  • How do you handle confidentiality?

We sign a mutual NDA before you share any details. Everything you tell us stays strictly inside the project team — absolute confidentiality, with no information shared with the outside world in any form.

  • Which AI model do you use, and where does our data go?

Mainstream model services and open models, chosen per project. Where data must stay within China, we use model services hosted in China so it never leaves the country. For stricter confidentiality, we deploy privately — the model runs on your own servers or private cloud, and data never leaves your environment. How data is collected, stored and processed is agreed in writing before development starts.

  • Can we start with something small?

Yes. A short pilot — one assistant, one automation, one feature — is often the clearest way to test the idea before committing to a larger build.

  • What happens after delivery?

Handover includes source, documentation and a walkthrough, plus a fix period. After that, updates, monitoring and new iterations continue under a maintenance arrangement or on demand.

  • What do you need from us to quote?

A conversation. Bring the problem, any constraints — budget, deadline, systems to connect — and rough materials if you have them. We ask questions, then send a written proposal with a fixed price.

  • Do you work with clients outside China?

Yes, delivery is global. Working sessions run in Chinese or English, key documents are bilingual, and collaboration happens over chat, calls and shared repositories.

  • How do payments work?

Milestones. The proposal states the price and the points at which payment is due, tied to working versions you can check — not to internal progress reports.
